Movement: Generally normal gait, limps when tired
On Week 3 Physio measured flexion of 130 degrees. Good.
Today (1 month on), flexion observed to be closer to pre-op level.
General stiffness / tightness on hamstring when attempting to hamstring curls
Swelling comes and goes, often can feel it restrict movement and recede with cold compress
Extended knee and if under muscle or general load, will feel pinched pain and soreness behind patella tendon - advised to avoid pain while recovering.
Walking gait otherwise good, but balance still poor.
