Don’t fly train on an empty stomach

2nd Exercise was er….very good, with a lessons learned.

Felt nauseous after initial climb, powered thru but definitely affected my concentration

WIthout leaving enough time after work I skipped my evening meal. That was a mistake.

Also wore my prescription sunglasses and that may have contributed to the motion sickness, a little bit.

No Videos this time, I’m going to reserve that for a future class - perhaps stall or spin recovery, and definitely when I go solo in the future.
