Day 13 - Physio & Stitching removal

Pain: 2 of 10

Movement: 100degrees (forcing the issue really by using hands to push it in, without was more like 90 degrees), was 67degrees flexion on Day 7

Brace: developing intense frustration- seems to be heavier and induces more pain each day

Crutches: yes needed, some issues with balance.

Physio: said it was good expected progress, given more exercise for next 2 weeks.

Stitches: well I was underwhelmed, I had always imagined a weird sensation, a twisting-gelatinous-eel pulled out from deep within. Nope, the sutures was cut, and came off all in 5 minutes- minimal sensation.
